LESSON BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Lesson fees are non-refundable. However lessons are very popular and we would hate for a space to go unused, we would like to encourage you to try and fill your place either by posting on Facebook or emailing the lessons coordinators - brcflatlessons@gmail.com (Adele) or brimhamjumping@gmail.com (Jane) or Adele brimhamridingclub@gmail.com who may have a waiting list.
Transfer of payment for the lesson is left between the members, Brimham Riding Club cannot get involved at this stage.
All Brimham Riding Club lessons are checked for viability around 7 working days before each date. Any that have insufficient numbers may be cancelled. In this case, members who have booked will receive a full refund or free lesson transfer if fee is the same
In the event of adverse weather conditions, a decision regarding cancellation will be made the day before. If the lesson is cancelled, each member will be notified by email and will be refunded
If the lesson is cancelled by the club or instructor you will receive an /email to let you know. It is important that we have your correct contact details. This must include a mobile telephone number and email address.
